I love going on yoga retreats as they offer the ideal opportunity for me to switch off, unwind and get some clarity and perspective on life. Retreats also give you the time and space to come up with new ideas as well as encouraging you to reassess your life goals. They’re also a great place to meet others who truly inspire you. For me, yoga retreats helped give me the focus and inspiration for my brand, Infinity Yoga Clothing. The vision and ethos of the IYC brand were born from the headspace I gained on a yoga retreat, which has been a huge turning point in my life.
