IYC will gladly exchange or offer a full refund on online orders within 14 days from purchase.
Sale items however are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund.


For UK orders you have 14 days from the original order date to return an item to us for refund or exchange.


Rest of world customers also have 14 days from the orginal order date to return any items for refund or exchange. At the moment we do not offer free returns outside the UK. Customers are responsible for any postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Please make sure to retain proof of postage, as this will be needed in the event of a return being lost. Rest of world returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed, but this can vary depending on the speed of service chosen by the customer when shipping.

Should you wish to exchange or returns items please follow the below steps:
Step 1 – Check for the following:
– You ordered from
– Item/s have not been worn or used and all original tags are attached.
-Swimwear garments have the hygiene strip in original placement.
-Item/s were not purchased on sale.

Step 2 – Contact IYC
Email for all UK, EU and ROW returns or exchanges. Please be sure to provide your order details including order number, full name and items to be returned or exchanged. A IYC customer care representative will then email you a IYC Returns/Exchange Form. UK customers will also receive a free returns label.
– Upon receiving the Returns and Exchanges form you will have 10 days to pack and ship items to be returned back to the IYC warehouse. The ship to address will be provided on the RA form. If the order has not been received after the 10 day window the return will be cancelled and you will have to request another form.
*If international orders arrive outside the 10 day window due to any delays caused by the carrier, we will ask you to provide us with the proof of postage or tracking details for clarification.
– IYC will take no responsibility for items lost in transit and for this reason using a shipping service that provides tracking information is always recommended.
– Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods.
– Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with.
– IYC will allow all items per order to be returned once. Items after first return or exchange are then considered final sale.

– IYC takes great pride in the production of our items however damages do occur from time to time, should you receive an
item that is faulty we will gladly replace or refund the items, subject to availability.
– Faulty items can only be returned to the IYC online store if they were purchased from the online store.
Garments purchased through any other retailer must be returned to them.

– Gift Cards are sent via email and are an online voucher redeemable on, only.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
– Gift cards cannot be refunded.


All discounts will be prorated amongst the total number of items purchased in the event of a return.
